JF CON NIG LIMITED is a civil construction company serving the Nigerian Construction Industry.
With a combined experience of over 5 years in the Nigerian construction industry (FIRST & TEE ENTERPRISES ENGINEERING SERVICES COMPANY), we specialize in turnkey construction and major civil engineering projects like high rise, industrial building, warehouses, major concrete roads including infrastructure projects like bridges and culverts. In our database and throughout our networks, we have a large number of highly experienced skilled workers and tradesmen. We also carry out subcontract works for formwork-shuttering and concerting works.
At JF CON NIG LIMITED, we personalize each project ensuring budget and to get the right people for your project. Our employes have knowledge and experience of both local and international services and supplies and can support you when necessary. We work very closely with all our clients, regularly monitoring the quality of our service and production to ensure it is of a high standard.

JF CON NIG LIMITED creates awareness on ‘Health and Safety' topics and ensures to carry out the project with the purpose of ‘Zero Work Accidents'.

JF CON NIG LIMITED aims minimizing environmental damage and maximizing opportunities for environmental enhancement. For this purpose to carry out all projects by considering the potential for environmental impacts as an important part of the decision-making process. All the targets to achieve a progressive reduction in environmental impact should be established and audited to ensure compliance with local laws and legislation. Personnel responsibility at all levels should be promoted and any assistance, training, and information must be provided.
Data Safety and Security Policies
JF CON NIG LIMITED (JFCNL) has developed in-house safety and security policies and processes based on globally adapted standards. According to this policy JFCNL requires a pre-qualification from the contractors at the very beginning of the project and insists on the contractors to apply all the safety procedures. All applications of safety and security policies and processes are in full conformity with the local laws and legislation.
